Playdate at the Mall

Addison was not thrilled with my attempt at a cute photo opp

This place is so much fun

Addison and Elena had a great time on their playdate in the mall. They played hard all day and loved watching all the other kids play. Addison and Elena have a blast on their playdates together and Meg and I really enjoy them too :o)

Building her first car

Addison and Ryan built her first car the other night.........the crazy coop. Ryan believes it was harder to build than a full size car, but it was no task for Addison. She thought it was easy and totally worth all the work. She loves her crazy coop.

Playdate with Elena

Meg and I have some subliminal connection, because the girls showed up matching again

Having fun

Addison discovered what sharing was today. I am not so sure she is a fan yet, but we are working on it.

Hey, that is my chair

Addison having a baby bear moment.........somebody has been sitting in my chair

More vacation pictures

Addison and her Daddy riding the gondola down the mountain. Addison begged us to ski down, but we are going to make her wait until her 3rd birthday for skiing.

Sarah and Sandra riding the gondola

This was a snow "couple" that was built around the frozen lake outside our condo

Tia walking baby Sarah around the frozen lake

The girls enjoyed their walks around the lake

Rusty showing Vail Mountain what he is made of

Rusty, Ryan, and I skied together on the second day. We had a great time discovering that we are just not as talented at skiing as we used to be. Something about mortgage payments and babies, makes skiing a little more dangerous.

Tia trying something other than skiing. Tia discovered that just because 3 year olds can ski, does not mean it will come natural to her. After a failed attempt to ski down the mountain, a call to 911, and being taken down the mountain by ski patrol, Tia dared ski lessons. Tia decided future ski trips will start with ski lessons and she may attempt going down the mountain again, but felt her first ski day was too eventful to go for a second day this trip.

This looks a little more natural
