Emery loves to smother Biscuit

Biscuit is a chihuahua (possibly boston terrier mix) that was released at my work for being emaciated and having skin issues.  I was assured by many if we saved his life and made him better, it would be no problem finding him a home.  As the weeks went by our potential home for biscuit changed their mind.  Then it seemed that everyone was right, they would have no problem conviencing me and Ryan (and most of all Addison and Emery) that keeping Biscuit in our home was the easiest and best idea.  Now Biscuit is apart of the Webster clan and he thinks he is a Boxer.
