Thanksgiving with the Websters

Addison hanging out with Gma. Addison really enjoyed all the songs and dances her Gma showed her this past weekend.

Austin took a liking to Uncle John

Addison and Amy showing off their blue eyes.

Austin ripped his toe nail out (who knows how) and had large quantities of blood all over my parents house. Luckily all of their downstairs is either hardwood or tile, but man to get the bleeding to stop was a blast. We ended using diapers and duck tape.....talk about good veterinary medicine......its a darn good thing I am going for CE this week b/c it appears my medicine has gone downhill.

Addison was exhausted the first few days in Houston. Getting her to sleep somewhere other than her bed was definitely a challenge.

Eating her breakfast with Mimi

Rusty and Andy hanging out watching the game

Rusty and Sandra

Summer playing with all of her toys

Addison and Grandpa showing off their blue eyes

Addison riding her first pony

Addison loved hanging out with her cousin Summer. Although it was interesting to watch the girls share toys.

YaiYai and Papou holding baby Sarah. Now that's a Greek baby

Grandpa hanging out with all of his girls. I think Dad is floating everytime all these little ones come in town. He says he is praying for a grandson now. This scares me greatly b/c I know how powerful Dad's prayers are..........I think Ryan and I are going to sleep in separate rooms until Dad's prayers are granted..........so watch out Rusty and Sandra

Baby girl was fussy and exhausted Thanksgiving night. Definitely not willing to smile for the camera. We had a great time and look forward to all getting together again soon.

Thanksgiving Trip

Boomer and Turtle

Our puppies snuggling

Addison snoozing on the way to Houston
Ryan driving and trying to smile for the camera

Austin and Turtle

Addison was a trooper, but the trip was definitely a long one. Holiday traffic is never fun.

Rusty and Sandra let us borrow their truck to make the trip to Houston. We currently have too large of a family (3 dogs, Addison, Ryan and myself) to be making the trip in the Honda. We hope to purchase an SUV early next year for a more comfy travel

Addison takes it all in while sitting in her ottoman

Ryan occasionally dances with Austin

Austin and Turtle snuggle

Boomer rests with a soft baby blanket
Modeling after her morning jog.

Cutie

Addison playing with her ghettofabulous drum set..........thats right, she is holding an espresso scooper. It makes quite the drum stick if you ask me.

Bath Time

Working on Crawling

Addison has quickly learned that being carried around is far superior to sitting by herself or even learning to crawl. Ryan and I are trying hard to give this girlie some "tummy time" so she can practice moving around on her own. Thought we would share some of her faces of frustration and manipulation to get us to pick her up :o)

Baby Girl modeling her new teddy bear hat. We have been stocking up on warm hats for our trip to Colorado in March
Addison is sitting up her own and enjoys sitting on our shoulders. We often go hiking on the trails of Westlake and Addison prefers our shoulders for the trip

Hanging out with Cousin Sarah

Best Friends, College roommates.........we have plans for these girls :o)

Sarah is Rusty's little Mini Me......what is it with all these girls looking like their daddys? The grin is even familiar

Addison went to the doctor yesterday for a possible ear infection. We were told she may have fluid in her sinuses which is why one eye was more squinty than the other, but there is no evidence of infection :o) So as they do with babies most of the time, we were told to deal with it unless she has a fever or it gets worse. Anyway, I felt like an over reactive mom, but the good news is.......I got a new weight on her. At 8 months old, Addison weighs 18lbs and 5oz.

It was a big day for Addison. She sat up in the shopping cart seat for the first time. She really enjoys doing new things and trying to steal my shopping list :o)

Partying with her daddy

Oh No Adadadada, Mommy caught us :o)

Lots have been asking........Addison graced us with her first words last month (when she was 7 months old). Her first word was Moma, but her favorite word by far is Adadadadada. She also says Hi. Lately she has been doing a lot of screaming, both when she is happy and sad. Addison is scooting everywhere, but has not mastered the crawl yet.
