Doc McStuffins

Addison enjoys the new kids tv show called Doc McStuffins.  She is a doctor of toys and stuffed animals so we get to play animal doctor at home ALL the time.  Addison currently thinks she wants to work with her mom someday as a veterinarian.....we'll see

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

We all had a blast at the beach this past week in Gulf Shores Alabama.  Emery loved the sand and the ocean.  Addison was more a fan of the sand and less of a fan of the ocean.  When you ask Addison her favorite part of the vacation, it was building sand castles and her least favorite part was CRABS :)  Although Addison was not a huge fan of the ocean and waves, Emmy was more than willing to crawl right into the waves to get to her daddy while he was wake boarding.  Overall it was great trip and Addison is already asking if we can go back.  During our week there, we got to watch dolphins right outside our beach house and had a day full of watching sharks feed on fish.  That made the rest of the week while swimming in the ocean a little interesting to say the least.

Emmy pushing her baby stroller.  Emmy is pulling up on everything these days.  She has some favorites and that includes: dog food, ladders, and stairs.  If the baby gate is left open for less than a minute, you can find Emmy at the top of the stairs and I think she has a radar for when it is left open.

We pulled Emmys old bumbo out when Greer came to visit.  She would crawl into it and get stuck.  Those thighs are definitely a hazard when it comes to trying to get out of a bumbo chair.

Addison ran down the runway and was supposed to jump into this pit full of foam squares.  Instead, she put on the breaks and just stood there :)  Funny, Sarah jumped got into a different line and was swinging from a rope.  Instead of letting go of the rope, Sarah just kept swinging until the instructed took her off.  Our girlies were not interested in getting into the foam pit at first, but then enjoyed it once they found the slide.  Overall the girls had a really good time at the English's birthday party
