Addison

Addison loving Biscuit and putting him through some puppy torture. One would think by his pitiful face that he looks abused, but he honestly seems to like it. He always comes around the kids and just about never runs away.

Addison had a project in the school this week. She got to take home "Tacky" the penguin. Tacky is a penguin that comes with a book. It is her job to take good care of Tacky and make sure he enjoys his stay at our home. It is my job to take pictures and build a collage of Tacky's events while he stayed in our home. It was fun having Tacky, but we are glad to see him go to the next family.

Cousins sleep over weekend

We were able to visit with a horse after our walk on the trails. When the horse came over Emery ran so fast to get away and was yelling that it was going to bite her :)

Cousins snuggling while they watch The Princess and the Frog. Uncle Ryan was making popcorn for the girls as an evening snack prior to bed. Everyone was calm and relaxed until sweet Emily shoved a popcorn kernel up her left nostril. She was sitting next to Ryan when she began screaming and grabbing her nose. I looked over and immediately knew what had happened. Emily was really good for the extraction of the foreign object. She sat still while Ryan held her arms down and I figured a way to remove it without pushing it back further into her sinuses. We are grateful we were able to get it out without having to take her to the emergency room. Next sleep over we will require a copy of their insurance card and there will be no popcorn :)

While I was painting the kitchen, Emery was outside painting the sidewalk. Then she decided to run through the house with the paint bottle held upside down :) Good thing we are getting new floors this week
