Charlie

Charlie came home from the office on a Tuesday evening to meet my neighbors as a prospective home.  It seems he is quiet happy living there.  He has proven to be great with the girls and not so great with staying off the couch.

Bad Charlie

Charlie on his early morning exercise.  We are trying the theory that a tired puppy is a good puppy.

Charlie loves to be babied by the girls.  Charlie is a chewer.  He chews everything and anything.  He does not mind getting on the table for snacks or eating a diaper out of the trash right in front of you.  Charlie is still up for adoption, but is currently enjoying foster care at the Webster home.  He and Austin have made their peace and he and Turtle have certainly gotten into some fights.  Overall Charlie is a very sweet dog and wants to please.  He is teaching me a lot about the limitations of having a deaf dog, but at the same time there are some serious perks to that situation as well.  He never barks with the neighbors dog at the fence or at the door bell.  In fact, he doesn't even get up to greet people at the door bc he never knew they came in.  He likes to wake Ryan and I up at 6 am to go for a walk.  Having a puppy again has certainly been an adjustment for our family.
